Builder's Story Builder, Mike Todoran, began in the industry 30 years ago as a construction lender, and then began managing and building apartment communities and office buildings and has been building residential homes for 20 years. As a homebuyer, you will work directly with Mike as you develop your plans and ideas. He will personally supervise all aspects of the structural work from the foundation to the framing and mechanical rough-ins. Superintendent, Pat Feely, will walk with you through the completion phase of drywall, painting, appliances, lighting, carpentry and floor coverings. Pat prides himself in rapid response to call backs and scheduling. |

With a degree in Interior Design from Purdue University, Mary Jo Todoran is available to assist as needed with interior selections and colors to help you create a custom look for your home.
